Refund policy


At Annabella K, every bouquet is hand-crafted with care to bring joy to your special moments. Because our products are fresh and perishable, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and clear:

✅ Fresh Flowers & Arrangements

  • All fresh flower sales are final once delivered or picked up.

  • If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will happily offer a replacement or store credit.

✅ Non-Perishable Items (gifts, vases, accessories)

  • Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of purchase in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping or drop-off at our store. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected.

✅ Cancellations

  • Orders canceled at least 24 hours before delivery or pickup are eligible for a full refund.

  • Same-day cancellations may not be eligible, as flowers are prepared fresh.

✅ Special & Holiday Orders

  • For peak occasions (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), all sales are final once the order is confirmed.
